Organisation-Controlled Mandatory Two-Stage Leave Approval
We are introducing organisation-controlled mandatory two-stage approval of unavailability to align with the governance requirements of some departments.
Enhanced Reporting
We are laying the foundation for enhanced reporting across NHS at Work. The initiative begins by replicating existing manually built reports and will evolve to support new metrics and insights, improving transparency and efficiency for all users involved in rota, finance, and workforce planning.
