The start and end dates identify eligible shifts for swapping under the 2016 Resident Doctor Contract. Shifts that cause an overlap, violation or attract different enhancements will not appear in the dropdown selection.
The requested swap will need to be approved by your roster manager before it becomes visible on the roster.
