If a person is due to work at the same time as a shift you wish to swap, you will only have the option to swap with that shift to avoid a double booking

For example: If Levi wants to swap his Long Day, on Wednesday 19th with Polly's Long Day on Friday 21st, as in the roster shown below, he would need to make 2 swaps in NHS At Work:

• 1st swap is Levi’s LD and Polly’s NWD on the 19th August.
• 2nd swap is Levi’s NWD and Polly’s LD on the 21st August
