Deep Links for Leave Request Approvals
This release introduces direct links from leave request email notifications, allowing approvers to open the relevant leave request directly in the Liaison Link mobile app.
Key Functionality
- Direct access from email
- Leave approval emails now include a secure deep link to the specific leave request
- When opening the link on a mobile device:
- If the Liaison Link app is installed, it opens directly to the leave request.
- If authentication is required, users are prompted to sign in before being redirected to the requested leave record.
- If the app is not installed, users are guided to download it from the appropriate app store.

Enhanced Unavailability Editing
We've expanded unavailability management on Mobile to give rostering managers greater flexibility when maintaining sickness records. Users with the Edit Others Unavailability permission can now edit sickness records for other staff members directly within the app, bringing this functionality in line with the web experience.

- Edit sickness records for other users from Mobile.
- Protect key information such as staff member and leave reasons from being changed.
- Sensitive leave information remains visible only to users with the appropriate permissions.
- Changes are reflected immediately across the roster and leave management experience.

Enhanced Hours Warning for Leave Requests
We've improved how enhanced hours warnings are presented throughout the Mobile leave workflow. Users requesting or reviewing annual leave that overlaps enhanced hours will now receive clear guidance within the app, helping support contractual compliance while avoiding unnecessary interruptions.

- Warning displayed when annual leave overlaps enhanced hours.
- Applies to both leave requests and approval workflows.
- Automatically updates if the leave dates or type change.
- No warning is displayed for sickness requests.
