If you suspect a bug in NHS At Work, these should be logged through the Knowledge Base (Zendesk) ticket portal. Simply click the 'Raise a ticket' button in the top right corner of the screen to get started, then fill in as much detail as possible on the form.
Note that only system superusers will have this option. If you are a system superuser and you do not see the 'Raise a ticket' button, you may not have the necessary access. Contact your customer success consultant or regional customer services consultant for assistance.
