Purpose
Annual leave and study leave entitlements can be added to medics’ profiles within NHS At Work. This guide covers:
Adding Individual Leave Entitlements
1. In the left-hand menu, go to ‘Administration’ and then ‘Staff List’.
2. Search for the medic’s name and select them to bring up their profile.
3. Scroll down to the ‘Leave Entitlement’ section and click the green ‘+’ icon.
4. Complete all required fields on the form and click ‘Save’.
Adding Bulk Leave Entitlements
1. In the left-hand menu, go to ‘Administration’ and then ‘Staff List’.
2. Click the ellipsis on right side and select ‘Add Leave Entitlements’.
3. Search for a medic’s name and tick their line on the search results.
4. Repeat step 3 until you have selected all medics you wish to add the entitlement for.
5. Select ‘Add Leave Entitlement’ and complete the form, as illustrated for an individual entry.
Top Tip! If the roster period straddles different calendar years, use the arrows above the entitlements list to scroll to different years.
Editing Leave Entitlements
1. Beside each entry are 3 icons:
To view further details, click the ‘eye’ icon.
To edit details, click the ‘pencil’ icon.
To delete an entitlement, click the ‘bin’ icon.
2. Click ‘Save’ once you’ve made your changes.
